In Pupil School Council the children discuss and make suggestions about day to day activities at School. The Council is made up of one child in each class in Years 1, 2 and 3. The children in Years 1 and 2 represent their class and are chosen by their teacher termly. In Year 3, the House Captains and their deputies represent their Year.
Each class suggests topics to be discussed and these are raised by their representatives. Pupils are encouraged to embrace charitable concerns and causes outside school. The Council votes on the ideas and the House Captains take these recommendations to the Headmistress for her final consideration.
The Council also chooses a charity to support and organises a fund raising day.
The Council is chaired by the Headmistress and meets twice a term.
